I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system. Yes that’s what I wanted. To export still images, otherwise known as freeze frames in other software and film lingo. I should have searched for freeze frames in the manual. Those are controls for that png. If you want do some effects to it, you have to drop an effect onto the png from the left side first. There you can override the default behavior and set the output resolution to HD. This issue is that if the monitor is displaying HD, then when I grab a still it is saved as HD..
